Initiate Your Request
Log in to your customer account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth securely in the original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized collection point; we will notify you once it has been received at our workshop.
Quality Check & Refund
Our opticians will inspect the returned frames for quality assurance before processing your full refund or shipping out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
